cutting the lower lip will only increase clearance from front but the spacer idea is a good one

 

Oh, I did not catch that you also want rear or under car extra clearance. I hope you find some doable suspension or other mod that gets you what you want.

On the "monsterized' Prius. I had assumed this was Photoshopped, examining closer, maybe not??
But I am sure this Prius has a REALLY bored out, blown, et al. 1.8L ICE !

 

No - they're shopped . . . the body would look teeny on monster tires/chassis ... that might make 'em even more funny.

When I had my Tundra, lot of guys used coil spacers to lift them 2 inches. Ride was a little rougher and a couple guys had problems with the upper ball joints leaking after 30k miles. If you go that route, aim for a polyurethane not a metal one.

This looks to be universal but use at your own risk.

Not sure if this info will help but ill mention it.

I had a 97 camry. it had 195/70/14. I put 235/45/17. It raised the car by an inch. It did make the handling much better on the dirt roads at Landers, CA.
