no keys to 2013 prius v

They are a auction through the united states depens on what state that you live I had to pay a person with a salvage license to buy it, I got on the site and checked out and had to have cash in hand bought car paid fees taxes etc... I have 10k in car now it's a 2013 wth 4k on the speedo moves under it's own power and bags are good and no lites on! Now for the bad side of this deal versa's the older generation prius's hardly any after market parts so try and get a good relation ship with a dealer to get the parts a little cheaper ( I get a 25% discount on parts) since I have done about a half dozen of these cars. I will have about 17k in this car when its done, it will have a rebuilt title but I dont care, I plan on keeping it not selling it. Now back to the key's it was droped off at his yard and he had this big fork lift and lifted the car up ( very gently not to wreck anything underneath) and set it on my tow dolly and towed it home got 2 floor jacks at mid point under the car jacked it up just enough to clear the dolly pulled out dolley set it down on my singlar wheel dolly ( 2 front tires) and then rolled it into the garage. The next thing was I got the vin went in to toyota bought 2 new fob's with the keys where cut off of the vin from the car. Step 2 found a lock smith the had the soft ware to get in to the car had to buy a acess code and he said if the people that stole the keys the would unlock the doors but not start the car. ( since the code was changed) I hoped I answerd your questions, One thing you have to remember is to make sure you do a guesstamatie as far as cost goes with these cars because you got to figure you are bidding against a salvage yard for the parts and I found out a lot of the cars go overseas for repair !
