I got my new car 4 days ago! This is my first Toyota and first hybrid. My first time to drive a Prius was during the test drive. I was lucky to be the only one who test drove my car. It only had 2 miles on it, now it has 450 miles. At first I was concerned about the keyless entry, lock and unlock system: I had a weird feeling that anybody could just drive off with my new car because it didn't need a key, and I didn't get the alarm feature. The other day while running errands, I could not start it because it could not detect my key which was apparently covered by my cellphone buried in grocery bags. Then when my friend had to drive it for me, I had to guide him about the correct sequence of starting the car - twice! So that kind of reassured me that it's not that easy to steal my new car. I'm very happy with it. It's everything that I have expected and read about. Now it's time to read my own manual.
Congratulations on your new v! Two years ago we bought our first Toyota and hybrid (a 2011 prius hatchback). We've been so impressed with the car that three months ago we replaced a nine year old minivan with a new 2013 Prius v three as well - we're now a two prius family.
