I just signed up for a 2006 Prius Package #7 (NL) $2,235 off of MSRP w/delivery within two weeks. They have more at this price and other packages (ex. Package #5 w/about $1,900 off MSRP) several ready for immediate pick up. The sales person I worked with was just fine (Sarah Baumgartner 703-396-5026) at Miller Toyota in Manassas, Virginia - about 20 minutes from the Beltway. They charge an additional $198 for processing fee. Other than that just tax and tags. Since this is the best price I have ever seen listed anywhere (including within Prius chat), I thought I would pass it on. I am not affiliated with the dealer.
Wow, that's only a couple of hundred over invoice. Wish I could change, but they say mine will be here by the end of the week. I'm getting about $1400 off MSRP on a package 8.
