Order Status?

    Fog Light Lamp Kit ordered on 11/19/13. Status still showing as processing. I've tried to calling and emailing. No response. Are these guys still open? Should i cancel my order?

    Still no response. Started a convo with him.

    Pretty disappointed. 1 month and no response whatsoever. I didnt realize they had such a bad reputation. Looks like the moderators provide more customer service than the actual shop.

    Prius Chat shop updated their website but they also managed to delete my order. Still no response. Calling CC company to dispute.
