I just traded in my 2008 base model Prius for a 2011 with a JBL system, Nav, & Bluetooth. How can I know if my unit can play DVD movies? It has two drives behind the LCD, but it does not say anything about DVD. I know the maps is supposed to be a DVD and not CD. Is there a way to know for sure? i don't want to put a DVD disk in and it get stuck (it happened to me on a chrysler and I had to take the radio out of the van, open it up to get the disk out). Also, does anyone know if it can play music off of a USB stick or only from CDs with MP3 or WMA on it? iPad using Tapatalk
Only dvd is the navigation. It's not a video player. It will play mp3s from CD or thumb. IDK about wma.
