I honestly don't know. I can tell you that a single wheel/tire combo weighs about 30 lbs or so (maybe a tad more). You can figure out the dimensions of the 15" wheel and OEM tire yourself and go from there. Just as a rough estimate, UPS quoted me $50 per tire to ship to your zip code, but if I were to shop around I bet I could find cheaper (DHL, FedEX). I'm happy for you to arrange the shipping yourself with whichever carrier you chose. I can drop off or they can come pickup at my door.
So I'm all packaged up and ready to ship. Each wheel/tire dimension is 27x27x9, 35 lbs. Multiply that by four and add a few dollars (<10) per wheel for handling because they're not boxed, and an additional few for the lugs. ShipNex seems to have the best prices that I have found.
