So I had the 2008 Base Prius in to get 120,000 mile service (actually overdue) the combination meter replaced (no dashlights - intermittent). They replaced it, no questions based on my description of symptoms under the enhanced 9 year unlimited miles replacement program. In looking over the receipt, I notice they also replaced my water pump (n/c). Is there an enhanced warranty on the water pump as well? Here is what the bill says: Safety Recall COU Remedy Notice - 2004 to certain 2009 Model Year Prius Vehicles Hybrid Electric Water Pump Recall performed - replaced water pump So there is a replacement program on the water pump too?
And I want to add, the car drives great! Also had a second change on the transaxle fluid (first at 67,000 second at 138.000 miles).
