Hi when's the next bay area meet up for Prius owners?

 

I just found this - I live in the bay area and have 2 prius's, the 2nd of which is a plug in with the new enginer kit.

Is there like a bimonthly bay area prius get together that happens? I'd attend.

Also, if anyone in the bay area has an enginer kit, I would love to pick your brain. I'm having a heck of a time with mine.

In fact, if you're interested in seeing the enginer kit, let me know that too and you can swing by.

Hi. I purchased a new Prius a couple of months ago.

I consider myself car-literate and used to race (legally and not) and wrench.

I find the Prius a nice car for what it is, and have found myself going on more road trips than I used to, obviously because of its frugality. But it has surprised me with its versatility and relative lack of irritating quirks... which is not faint praise given that it is a significant departure from the ICE/transmission paradigm we've had for nearly a century. And most (if not all) of the visible differences and departures from convention actually work. It is a much better honed product than I had expected it to be.

I am finding that I'm growing quite fond of it.

Another South Bay owner. We've owned several Toyotas. I'm wanting to know if there are any dealerships worth going to for service. I've tried Stevens Creek, but did not like the service. Sunnyvale isn't so bad.

I think they are just too busy in general.

Maybe we can try Capitol. Any advice or specific advisor would be highly recommended.

 

I would recommend milpitas dealership short wait times, nice service, nice people
