Thanks for posting. Good to see items coming out but I want a full LED headlight that is also high quality.
Looks great, now there are headlighs, fog lighs and front signal light, let see if a tail light is release. In my case if buy it I go with these:
As a word of caution, most aftermarket light assemblies are cheaply made and no where near the quality of factory assemblies. Plus they're more prone to leaks and fogging.
On our prius c, we can order just the headlight lens itself, so no need to buy the entire assembly. Can order it through the dealership.
Yes baking is needed, it is sealed for moisture protection. I believe there are about 3 screws as well.
Do they list what brand that new headlight is? We carry Spyder headlights/taillights and the quality is decent. For $430 it's probably imported. I painted my own headlight and ordered just the seal. If you use a heat gun rather than baking you will get better resaults. Makre sure to use good quality paint and let it sit out for a day before you reassemble.
