    What area of SoCal do you live in. Do you want to drive 4 hours for a Oil change, I use Bob Smith in LaCrescenta. Each time I go in with materials and a list of what I want done. They are good about following my wants. Several times they have gone out of their way for me, I like that and would recommend on that basis. The other shop I go to is North Hollywood. Same deal, a printed list, materials. I basically pay labor! All TSB work is performed by either dealer. I have no complaints, but I let them know what I expect, and that works for me!
