my apologies, I checked the factory fitment guide. these will fit all 2010-2013 prius. so they will fit your 2013 pip.
Priusmpg, just be aware that the PiP is heavier than the non plug in, so your final ride height might be a bit lower than expected. SCH-I535
according to Toyota regular prius total weight is 3,042 lbs, pip weighs in at 3165 lbs, a whopping 123 lbs difference, so the weight will not affect the overall lowering height. all manufacturers will sell you the same springs for both regular and pip Priuses. so no matter what you decide to go with, it will not matter in the end.
There's a DIY on this forum. IM me if you need help. The spring swap itself is easy, the most time consuming part is getting to the top of the front struts. Rears only take like 20 or 30mins.

Do you have any pictures of the springs installed? I would like to see how much drop it gives the car.
I had them on my last Prius. Ride quality was similar to stock perhaps slightly stiffer. Obviously the springs have to be stiffer themselves to lower the car and still keep it from being too low. But the ride quality also has to do with the struts/shocks used. I used stock ones with 10k miles and it was cool.
I've tried searching for spring rates but couldn't find much. Do you know which are stiffer? These or the TRD's?
I don't have numbers but I remember doing the research and the TRD springs were stiffer (the white ones). I do know the Eibachs are progressive rate though.
