Hello all, brand new baby in the Prius world. I kinda looked into them a couple years ago but didn't get one until this past friday. I have to say I prefer driving just about anything other than the Prius handling and acceleration-wise, but this car is a cold-hearted gas mileage miser! I feel like I am driving a gas hating computer and im constanly watching the MPG meter like a maniac!

I was trolling this site and reading up on driving tips before I joined. I have been trying to time lights and use the regenerative braking on downhills and while waiting on lights to turn green. I've been pretty excited about my MPG meter.
