Plugin Hit while parked on a local street

    Hallelujah! My PIP has returned. Wow, 4 months, it's done!
    So far, so good. It looks and runs like it was new. Only time will tell I quess.
    My question now has to do with deminished value. Can I file a claim for the lost value of the car due to the accident?
    Has anyone done this before with a car?

    My policy excludes coverage for diminished value. OTOH, if someone else's insurance is paying, I would try to collect from them for it. Good luck.
