    Over 7 months and still waiting. I ordered in August of 2012, called and emailed dozens of times. When I actually spoke to somene it was always 2 more weeks. Between December and January, I could not get in touch with anyone until Jan. 10th. At that time i found out that the covers came in, wrong color. I did not want blue inserts. so they emailed me the following:

    I reordered, and today 9 weeks later, I am told 3 more weeks. This is the worst company I have dealt with form this site. I have purchased alot of mods from many different places and no one has been as incompetent as these people. If you need covers, take cover from them and buy elsewhere. By the time I get them my lease will be up.

    any resolution from Clazzio? I'm still waiting on a custom order placed in September. Same BS. Everytime I call, they're shipping next week and I should have it in two weeks. Call again and it'll be on their next shipment which will come in...next week and I should have it in two weeks.

    I don't understand how some businesses can hold on to your money when they can't deliver the product. Are they hoping that I'll eventually forget about it and just go away?

    As of yesterday, I FINALLY recieved everything. The covers same last week and the embroidered headrests yesterday. Thanks to Rodney (HB) for getting involved. I am glad to get this over with. Good luck GCP, have patience

    so it's not a scam! well that's a relief, if you don't mind me asking, how exactly did you get Rodney to help you? I would appreciate some assistance with my order as well. Also, did the website's order status page update when they shipped out your stuff with tracking #, etc, or did the package just show up at your door? I'm not a patient person, well except maybe when I'm driving the kids with my Prius, but waiting for anything else feels like watching paint dry...

    I'm sorry you all went through trouble with one of our independent dealers. Apparently an employee there caused a lot of issues which have all been resolved now. The least I can do is let everyone know that there are different dealers for clazzio. I own one of the warehouses. We have a very good customer service track record, and many happy customers to vouch for us. If any one is still hesitant I understand.

    I PM'd Rodney and he responded right away. Then Jennifer for Clazzio emailed me and told me that the covers were in and she emaile me the tracking #. She also embroidered the headrests for free.

    If you've truly been "scammed" which I define as - you paid for merch you never received- and paid by credit card (not debit card which offers no buyer protection) then your credit card company should be able to make things right.

    Would you care to define how you were scammed?
