Agree, I don't really dislike the plastic covers enough to remove them for I'm not that excited with what's underneath. I, too, do not find all the 'guts' behind the alloy wheels very attractive.

After finding this post decided to get rid of the ugly plastic hubcaps and go with the alloy wheels. Got my "T" medallions today. Car looks a lot better!

It look nice and it's an inexpensive way to show the alloy wheel, but I am wondering how long it will last after couple of months of car wash, the sticker may fail out?

    $100?

I bought centercaps on eBay and installed them myself for under $30.

Are you saying there are hubcaps placed over the Aluminum wheels on the V?

I also took off the ugly plastic wheel covers, to discover an attractive alloy wheel. I ordered some Toyota Camry 63mm center caps from eBay, for $19.99, and have a nice looking set of wheels. Anyone need a really ugl...er, uh, really nice looking, brand new set of plastic wheel covers?

Yes, the wheel covers come off easily and look what is underneath. So then wheel caps.

I'm willing to spend a bit to change the look but not a lot. I've got maybe 9k on the eBay special center caps and they look fine. If they don't, I can always put on the wheel covers that were OEM just like I can remove the Weathertech mats and reinstall the drivers side OEM front mat that I have stored in pristine condition.

I lost a wheel cover on my v. The dealer quoted $120 aud for a replacement so I bought a set of four dust caps off eBay for $89. Looks much better too.
