After 3 weeks of intense hunting finally found my new-to-me car!! Man, was getting exhausting trying to stay focused and patient..missed few really nice deals by hours.. but I am happy and will be picking it up on Wednesday since I was riding my motorcycle...wife happy since I was commuting through DC traffic daily on the bike..winter's coming too!! Anyway, ended up finding a certified 2012 Winter Gray Package 4 with under 11000 miles. Loaded up, heated syn. leather, nav, roof, HUD, tint. Man what a nice car!!! Dealer also has Lifetime Oil & Filter Change -Lifetime State Inspection -Lifetime Wash After Every Service-manicures offered every Wednesday for the better half (lol)... Not my 1st choice for color (wanted pearl or silver), but it looks great and the deal was too good to pass up even with the $599 dealer fee..going to make sure the wife gets $599 worth of manicures!!! I'll post up some pics when I get it!! Now to find some floor liners...
Congrats on your new to me Prius. Today I also got a new to me Prius. I got a certified 2012 Red Pkg. 2 with 17k on it. Plus my payment went down $40 @ month over my 2010 it replaces.

OK now you can roll over your cash from your nifty 06 Prius sale. Next time I buy one, I'll put you on the case for me. It makes sense to get a nice used Prius in NoVa...you will save at least $599 in reduced taxes due to reduced blue book value in our annual car tax equations. I don't understand this high dealer fee in VA, next time I see a dealer I'll ask about this. Some here go to MD where the fee is less.

I was really looking for a minty 2010 or 2011 to try and get around the property taxes.... And this one should get better MPG than my bike...not sure with the moonroof open!! Question, It didnt come with the original window sticker..anyone know if its possible? googling..but no joy yet...

FINALLY got it!! Had some crazy things going on with the left rear panel, I wouldn't take delivery until it was right!! Took two weeks of back and forth, but in the end they made it right and included a 7/100 Platinum warranty for my troubles...the HUD and the roof are awesome
Looks great! I'll put up some pics of mine when I get a chance. Already put 4k mi. on my certified 2012 since I got it. I got the platinum 7yr/125k warranty thrown in also.
Just got back from a back road jaunt for a couple hours..big difference from the 06. Much more hyperpower...is that a word?..anyway, much more power and ability to hypermile and float the pedal to keep the mpg up..averaged 54 and it was backroad rolling and curves. the instant mpg meter on the HUD really helps..
