Congratulations on your new-to-you Gen ll. I bought an '08 a couple of months ago w/28,000 mi. and it has been a joy to drive, as I'm sure you will equally enjoy yours. It's a different driving experience, and so awesome to drive past those gas stations without giving them a second look for 500 miles or so
Thanks for the replies , I mist admit I am more than overjoyed with the fuel economy and I haven't started tweaking about with the tyre pressure or anything yet. I'm averaging around 55 to the gallon that's a mix of motorway (highway) and urban and I'm not holding back on the speed . Motorway average speed 75 . It's vertually cut my expence on fuel by nearly half, I only had fuel economy like this with my smart car (R.I.P) and was previosly commuting in a 1.8 Laguna wnich was averaging low 30 mpg my only problem now is the wife wants it...
