Battery system capacity

    My home state offers AFV rebates. The electric vehicle rebate is based on above, or below 10 kwh battery system capacity. What category would a 2013 Prius two belong in?

    below 10kwh, plus it does not have a plug, in case that matters (it is a gas car with electric storage).
