Hi All, Sorry for creating a new thread. But I am hoping I can get some help here from all you Prius owners. A dealer has quoted $26,451 + Tax and license for a 2013 Prius four non moonroof version. Just the base standard prius four. is this a good deal? Also, I know that some Prius' have the MPH display on the winshield. is this feature standard on four and Five? I'm in Los Angeles if that means anything. Thank you so much!
Price can fluctuate and also vary by region. Check out a site/app like TrueCar to get an idea of whether or not the quote is competitive: Hassle-free car-buying experience from a nationwide network of certified dealers. - TrueCar
Thanks mediahound. The price is below the true car value. seems like a fair price, but not sure if it should be cheaper considering the 2014 are around the corner? Part of me wants to wait and hold off on the purchase.
welcome to priuschat! why not get another quote or two from area dealers? have you tried dianne at carson? all the best!
Thought I'd chime in since I just purchased...CPO 2012 five with 13,000 miles....ATP and Plus 17" wheels. $23,000. To me it makes more sense financially to buy pre-owned...then again, nothing like buying something no one else has had. Good luck.
you might find one cheaper but you may not... you just missed the labor day/ model year clearance sales so i am betting that is a good deal.
jreezy | PriusChat if you don't mind driving up to Nor-Cal, this is the lastest coupon deals as today Sept 18th, once they sold the Vin. they'll remove it from site quickly. Try ask your local dealers, can pricematch or close to it.
You have more barga I would just print that out and take it to your local dealership to see if they can meet or beat the deal. Dealerships are wanting to clear out 2013 cars right now. I got a similar deal but had the choice of a $1,000. rebate or zero percent financing. I took the zero percent financing. If I had the money in the bank to pay for the entire car, the $1,000. off would have been a no brainer though.
Just got mine and mentioned, while negotiating, that the 2014s are coming soon and the helped lower the cost a bit.
