My wife and I each got a new Prius last month and I recall there is roadside assistance for two years or 25,000 miles. I confirmed that on the Toyota website for owners. I checked the section for my Prius and it gave no further info. No explanation as to how to contact them, telephone number or how to prove I qualify. I don't expect to need it, but how would I obtain it. Would it be through Entune? I bought a maintenance plan last time (with my 2011 Prius) and had a card with a telephone number and ID number. Thanks.
iirc, we got something in the mail shortly after purchasing. info with key ring cards. did you look theough the package from dealer? owners manual, warranty booklet, etc.
Just received the roadside assistance info today, a little more than a month after purchase. So, it looks like there are little ID cards after all.
The phone number for Toyota Roadside Assistance is 800-297-0486. I'm wondering though, has anyone had occasion to have to use it? Can I drop my AAA card for 2 years?
You can also download the Toyota roadside assistance app for Android and I assume Iphone as well. Installed that before I even bothered to try Entune.
