One of the Toyota dealers in my area has 0Apr on a used prius. Its listed at $19900, but i'm sure I can get that down to 18500. If its true they do offer 0Apr on this car, i'm pulling the trigger!
Look up the trade in value. The dealer owns the car for that or likely less than that. You work in the delta between that and the retail price. Im The challenge is many used car sales pay the salesperson on gross profit, where the person will make a set amount on a new car whether it sells for full sticker or at a "loss". So the salesman has an interest in keeping that used transaction price high.
