I'm curious what the little 2 cars on a graph are. It's the Eco Savings screen on the display. One always says .17 and the other says .07. The graph legend at the bottom has 0, 0.1, and 0.2/mile. Tapatalk is tha shizzle
The bar graph on the bottom is the cost per mile to drive your car. I would imagine this uses the cost per gallon and the miles per gallon you have input for a comparison car (looks like you used 20 MPG). So the top car was your old car and would have cost you .017 $/mile to drive and your Prius is costing you .06 $ per mile on average.

It's .06 (not .6) which is between 0.00 and 0.10. Think you might be getting thrown off by the extra 0
