I will post pictures of the 2x2 board I am making to sleep (single) in my 2013 C. Basically it is a piece of finished 1/4 plywood with two detachable legs on the front side. It fills in the space from the folded down rear seat and the passenger seat when all the way forward. I also use screen with magnetic strips on the rear windows. Together with a few thick sleeping bags opened flat this setup makes a comfortable sleeping arrangement for one. I plan to use it Labor Day weekend. Pictures and experiences later.
$28 at Lowes, including window screen; magnetic And a roll of magnetic stripping from Michaels. Only required wood work was hacking off the end of the legs. They screw off and the board and legs lay in the back hatch. I'm 5'8" and fit fine with the hatch closed. Easy peasy.
