If your online Fuel consumption Display (e.g. Trip A) read 48 mpg - you problably got about 45 mpg calculated at the pump.

Why concern about the mpg if driving over the speed limit? I can get 54 mpg doing 65 to 70. Just drive and enjoy the drive:)

I just drove 330 miles with 2 adults and 2 small children. The trunk and last seat all packed with all our belongings. The AC was on 2 bars and within 2-3 degrees of outside temp. Average speed was 60-70 most of the trip. This was from Baltimore to the Outer Banks, NC. Most of the trip was flat and CC was used when possible. Averaged 56mpg! Yes, i was easy on the gas and P&G occasionally throughout. That was only with the initial charge leaving the house.

While there I was able to plug in and only used 1 gal all week!

My average on the return trip was only 54mpg due to rain at least half the trip. I Love this car!
