Has anyone done the tail light tint or spray paint stuff? I dont really want to change the stock tail lights, i just would like to black/smoke them out. Thanks
A few members have done that with lamin-x and bluebatmobile pre-cut overlays (check bzyrice's threads). At least one member reported fading issues with sprayed on candy red.

I sprayed mine with the Candy red Testors paint. A few members reported fading to pink in a short time.... It sure did! I redid mine with the VHT Nite Shades from the local auto part store and they look AWESOME and have not faded one bit. VHT also sells a black tint.
