Glove compartment question

    I recently replaced the cabin air filter in my Prius. When I removed the glove compartment, I noticed that there was some sort of white material or paper adhered to the top of the glove compartment. It's in a location that's normally hidden. Does anyone know what the purpose of the white paper is? Just curious! Thanks.
