Anyone have a setup where they get email alerts when the charging is complete? Does this alert get sent even when you start the charging process manually? I don't get any emails even though website is setup to send me alerts. Just trying to troubleshoot. Thanks.
I get an email from Entune when charging starts, ends, and if it is interrupted (disconnected prior to finishing). I also get one with a timer failure... when you set it, but forget to actually plug the car itself in (oops!).
Received a email yesterday stating that charging had been interrupted. Still had a full charge. Not sure what happened.
Only the Advanced has the built-in Safety Connect cell phone which is used to send these reports. You can set which events you want to get e-mail about on the Entune Web site.
