Hypothetical Upgrade to PiP 2013 from Regular 2010

    Good point Mike. When it comes to the PIP, it comes down to not how many miles you drive, but how many times you can charge. I never thought of it that way. Thanks!

    To get the maximum benefit of a PIP, you need to have most of your commute within the PIP EV range and have the ability (and time) to charge it.

    Now if only VA allow me to use the HOV lanes on 95 and 66 corridor, I'd go out and get the PIP. They've since revoked that only those who registered for EV tags in 2006 or earlier can use those lanes... bah.
