Your manual has info on both fuse boxes.

What light blinks? If dome light, check your 12V battery voltage.

So the each of the passenger's door controls work front and rear? I think you can restore the auto up and down feature for the driver's door by holding the up button until you hear a beep. Same for down.

You have not hit the window control button have you? That will disable all windows except driver's.

Have you had the interior door panel off for any reason? Spilled any liquid on door control panel?

Have you checked the connections again since the problem started?

Just curious, do all of the other door control panels work? Also, what made you check the connections the first time?

I would call around to salvage yards and get a price from a wrecked Prius.

You should be able to replace the switches alone. Passenger door should match them if not at least function wise it would tell you if it was good or not, also you can manually check each switch function with a test probe

Look at page 98 of the manual and be absolutely sure you haven't accidentally pressed the WINDOW LOCK SWITCH which is located above the driver's PDL switch. This switch prevents children from operating their respective windows, but I'm not sure if it prevents the driver's window controls from working too. Maybe this one switch is defective and has stopped the other switches from working. Try pressing it on and off several times to be sure.

It just seems odd that ALL the other door's window switches and the passenger door's PDL switch suddenly stopped working. I would think there's an overlooked fuse or fuses not set properly. Check again above the driver's foot-well at fuses # 6 (25A) for the PDL system and fuses # 15, 16,17 & 18 for each power window (25A). Check pages 468 and 469 of the manual for the exact locations. Unfortunately, these fuses are the "mini" style but there are some spares under the hood inside the outer panel located above the left wheel well.
