Dim the airbag/headlight/cruise indicators at night?

    Or electric tape.

    You could open up the dash and slip something over the bulbs for those indicators to make them dimmer.

    Don't have to open the dash for this... considering in, it's freaking annoying when it's pitch black out!

    I've never noticed the cruise or airbag indicators at night but that high beam indicator has always annoyed me on every car I've ever owned. Used to live in the countryside and used high beams a lot, i always wondered why the high beam indicator is the color that it is, seems it is purposely designed to be impossible to ignore/highly distracting.
    Here's an interesting article i just googled that explains why that that is as well as the other lights you speak of:
