Coming from a lemon law'd 2013 Altima. Loved the MPG in it (rated at 38, I easily got 40-42 in the summer). But boy do they have some major CVT problems to work out. Test drove the C twice, loved it, and on the test drive got 55mpg driving 1/2 my commute. Ordered it from a dealer in Kansas, so waiting on it to be shipped to me now! (yes it was that much of a better deal for me to pay shipping than to buy local, don't ask!). I was torn between the II and the III, but in the end, Entune didn't impress me, and the smartkey system on the toyota seems like V1 compared to the smart key system in the Altima I just got rid of. I plan to add a nice 2way alarm system in the future as well as a mirrorlink head unit to replace the stock unit. See everyone around the forum, Chris
2013 PC2 $18,988 + $299 dealer fees (+ state tax of course) 0% TFS financing for 60months Blue Streak Metallic, floormats This dealer has 4 more, but he said price was only good until Today! My local dealer finally agreed to match price, but wouldn't do 0%. Devon is AWESOME to deal with, easiest car buying experience I've ever been through. Can't post a link since I'm new, but goto ebay, and item# 290934775162 They will ship anywhere and very reasonable costs!
No - the new 2.5 4cylinder and CVT can get that... If you do a lot of city, not so much. Also tons of people having the CVT fail, me included, so I don't recommend. I take all back roads 55mph or less to work. So 40+ was easy. Once during an ice storm, I drove 45mph in the whole way, I got 52mpg that day (just under 40 miles)
Congrats on the new Car. Cheers My wife ad a Murano for 4 years with a CVT fail. She traded it in for a Acura TSX and this year traded that in for a Acura ILX hybrid. Acura as been very good for her.
My thoughts exactly! Makes me feel like when I'm not in EV mode I'm just guzzling gas around town ... Anyway welcome!
Here she is! This is just shy of St. Louis. I ended up flying one way there and driving back. The dealer has more at the same price and was AWESOME to deal with. All paperwork was done in advance, he met me at the airport with the car, showed me a few things, gave me the spare keys, shook my hand and I started my 12 hour drive home! I put 850 miles on it in the last 12 hours and it runs great!
Midnight Blue looks nice. My guess is that it's "broken in" by now so your fuel economy should keep going up (except when you need to blast the AC like I have as of late).
