Bought them for 104. Free shipping. Took maybe 25 minutes to install all four. I got the smoked tint ones. Very easy easy to install. The rear have metal clips that I guess help with the problem of them flying off at highway speed. So far from like them.
I think it helps cut the sun a little and in the rain like today I can have the windows down a bit to get air
How's the front stay on? clips or tape? That looks like a great way to vent the car and keep noise down. I always have my windows cracked when I can. Hard/impossible at freeway speeds. Trying to figure out the difference between $30 versions and this. Can you take a pic of whole car? thanks
I purchased my vent visor from Auto Zone. I walked in the store and ordered them on Monday and had in store delivery by Friday. They stick on. I drove to work this morning with the on and so far so good. Auto Ventshade/Vent Wind Deflector For your 2010 Toyota Prius 1.8L Gas/Elec DOHC 4cyl Price: $54.99 SAVE NOW Part Number: 94181
No affect on window roll up since they stick on the frame on the outside, they don't go in the channel. I didn't notice any wind noise with the windows up. With the windows open slightly there seemed to be less wind noise than before without the vents.
The inside ones only had a problem the first two times I rolled them up. It says to roll them up dive times and leave them up for 12 hours. Now they roll up just like before, no problem.
That's exactly what my Weathertechs do. Great way to keep the PiP cooler in those hot & humid sunny Virginia summer days.
did u put all 4x (fronts and rear) visor on the inside or outside of the rubber gaskets 1. window glass, gasket, VISOR, window frame--->outside or 2. window glass, VISOR, gasket, window frame--->outside because i stuck the rear visor on the inside of the gasket and the visor is starting to peel off.
I put all four on. If I remember right. I pulled down the rubber seals then put the vent shields in place and pushed the rubber seals back up. The rear was the same way except thst there were 2 clips per rear side that I put in first then pushed the rubber seal back up.
