I think its a reasonable offer, because the other two area dealers have not been able to offer to a better price 2013 Prius, Blue, Model Four(with sunroof option) MSRP: ~$33,845 (including the sunroof option) Price for Car: $31,500 Out-the-Door: $33,500 (8% NY sales tax + $200 misc fees) Hoping to get the 0% financing for 60 months.

Meh. Twos are going for $22k. You should be able to do better than that on a Four, especially with the sunroof option. Example, advertising lower than that: Near Chicago, IL 2013 Toyota Prius Four New Hatchback Oak Lawn, IL near Orland Park, IL Oak Lawn Toyota You know what you want, you can ship or fly-drive and get better deals.

I live in CT I'm down to a final offer of 30,343 Add 6.35 % for CT tax = 1926 Doc fee 399 Reg is approx 150 32,818 out the door I think it's a good deal What do u think?
That sounds really good compared to what I am being offered, I would say go for it. Which color is it in, just curious? and did you also include the floor/cargo mats? Though the doc fee does seem high, but not sure about that.
