Planning to say yes to an offer by a local dealer in Upstate NY this weekend. I think its a reasonable offer, because the other two area dealers have not been able to offer to a better price

2013 Prius, Blue, Model Four(with sunroof option)

MSRP: ~$33,845 (including the sunroof option)
    Price for Car: $31,500
    Out-the-Door: $33,500 (8% NY sales tax + $200 misc fees)

Hoping to get the 0% financing for 60 months.

Thanks, I guess will have to look around for a better deal, was considering checking NJ dealers, cause I have family there, so easier for me to drive down. Or I could just try to negotiate a better deal here :)

That sounds really good compared to what I am being offered, I would say go for it. Which color is it in, just curious? and did you also include the floor/cargo mats?

Though the doc fee does seem high, but not sure about that.

Great! thanks a lot. None of my dealers here are willing to go that low, they all say that its way below the invoice price, which of course is not true.
