Ok...I might be drinking way to many margaritas with summer now upon us in Florida but I would like to know if others with the v have this same leveling issue. I am one of those guys that is sensitive to things that are not level and sure enough when measuring the Prius I see that the left side is lower than the right. Can any of you take the same measurement points from the ground to the top of the reflector and see if I should lay off the margaritas or what could be causing this?
Its probably worth checking out. The best way might be to have the dealer put it on a ramp rack and measure the height of each spring. No way should a spring be sagging after only a year or two.
It would only take one bad spring. It does happen, though rarely. There's other things in the suspension that could do it too.
