2005 Prius With 28K Miles (Any Concerns?)

    Local dealer in PA is offering an 05 prius with 28k miles for 12,922. History shows it was bought and kept by dealer. Any concerns when buying this old of a prius with such low miles?

    not really, sounds like a great find. price might be a little high, but maybe not for the low miles. what does the dealer say they've been doing with it? coutesy car, rental? all the best!(y)

    I would say it's a bit high also. If u could get them down 2k or so and some kind of warranty.

    I could easily have it for $10K. The mileage is so low I wouldn't think the battery would be an issue. I'm just worried about buying an older prius even though the mileage is ridiculously low. Thanks

    once your out of warranty, there are a few expensive repairs, but they are rare and nearly unheard of at that mileage.
