Does anyone use a Bike Rack with PriusC model 1. Which one is least work to install? I was thinking trailer hitch from uhal then use the Pipe hitch bike rack but the cost was over $200.

Yep! Same one I have. I like it better than the Draw-Tite. The Curt has a U shaped mount on each side and uses 3 bolts on each side. The Draw-Tite has L shape mounts and only uses 2 bolts per side. It's kinda cheap if you ask me.
I just ordered the CURT 11299 and Allen Sports Deluxe 3-Bike Hitch Mount Rack(1.25 or 2-Inch Receiver) off of amazon. Looks like an easy install.
