I noticed this last night and just hit it again. When replying to a thread, after I've finished I clicked Post Reply and then nothing seems to happen after that. Well, apparently, my post went thru. I think this is what's causing people to posting duplicates. (I saw a rash of them today.) The problem just started in the past day or two. Edit: To create this thread, when I posted, I got an "Unspecified error" at the top. Fortunately, I ignored it and opened this area's message list in another tab, noting the post was there.
I noticed that, too. I just open another window to see, if my post was accepted, before "pushing" the POST button, again.
I've been noticing a rash of dupes again (and some aren't from newbie posters either). Can anyone look into this?
Danny's the guy and he has been in CA for TGB4 but I got a hold of him showing him the error message I was getting and he made a change so we will see if it works now. I was getting errors as well moving threads around... It would make the move but still result in an error, similar to what was happening to people posting new threads in that the thread would get posted but result in an error. Edit: Yup, appears to be good again.
This happened to me this afternoon when I started a new topic. I wasn't smart enough to check in another window, oops.
