Left over vinyl....

    Put some left over vinyl on the side of the headlights to hide the side-markers

    That's not bad actually. Looks like a good match for your black bumper and bug deflector thing. Hope you don't a ticket for it though

    Why would he get a ticket? It's not blocking any lights. Just the reflector.

    Some states mandate a reflector on the front and back of the car. Don't know where OP is from and their laws though

    There's more than 1 reflector on the front, so he should be ok.

    If you scroll up to the top and view the pictures. Look at picture 2. For the most part the headlight housing is reflective, but you can see a reflector on the inside of the headlight, near the toyota emblem.

    That looks great, points for originality, and I don't care what anyone does with their car (obviously, if you look at mine).

    From a legal standpoint, however, that would be illegal in California, where an amber side marker is required.
