Just Picked up care last night - Question

    I just picked up my Prius last night. This morning I attempted to plug in a gps to the power outlet below the dash. The gps did not power up. The gps is new and works on my other car, so I don't think the gps is the problem. The car was "on" so I really don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions?

    Did you try the power outlet in inside the arm rest compartment?

    I'd try another plug in device to double check its the socket..then if necessary check the fuse...or call the dealer
    :)

    I've never had a problem with outlets. If you do, take it in.

    I had a similar issue with my brand new Magellan 760 which worked on my other two cars. The power outlet seemed pretty tight, so I forced it in a little, and gave it a little twist, and then the power came on. Give that a shot.
