This us our family's first new car. We just financed a 2013 Toyota Prius v 3. We got it in red and I also tinted the windows for the kids (plus it just looks sweet). We traded in our van that was a true gas guzzler. We are a one vehicle family.

You made the right choice. You will be no regret. Especially you will see how much it saves for your gas expenditure.
Eenjoy the technology and your new toy.:)

let us know how that goes with the kids! I have 3 (all under 7 years) and we have a Subaru Tribeca for family hauling. Thing gets like 17 mpg. Sucks, but it helps when you need the flexible space.

Congrats on your purchase! We traded in our gas-guzzeling Honda Pilot over a year ago and are still very happy with our decision.

Jere0418 - Welcome to the Hybrid "Hive," and the Fight In The War On Petrol Terrori$m - One Gallon Of Motor Fuel Not Consumed At A Time.

You will find that the Prius v(vee) is, as I have termed it, a "Caddy In A Kimono." I invite you to click on the link in my signature, and do some homework to get "Hybrid $mart" so you can have you Pv3 start delivering MPG fuel economies to you that are 115%-130% of the Official EPA MPG shown on the "Monroney Sticker."

Congrats on the purchase, we are in the same boat. First new car for our family and our only car, and we are loving the fact that it gets better than double the mpg of our old galant and fits double the stuff too. Enjoy the ride!
