There is only one charging station near my work, in the parking lot of the County Courthouse. It's a Chargepoint station. It hasn't been operational for several weeks, and I have emailed the County, as well as Chargepoint, but haven't heard back from either. I'll follow up with whichever one is ultimately responsible, but figure I better know first, or whomever I talk to will likely tell me to talk to the other party.
You are suppose to contact ChargePoint. I contacted them about a problem before and they got back to me. I would imagine if they would deal with the property owner if necessary.
I believe the owner is responsible. I don't believe Chargepoint owns most of their stations. I'd also re-report the issue to their 888 # at Electric Vehicle Charging by ChargePoint - Help.
