I've been cruising these boards and I wanted to first say hi. I'm looking for a black, red or blue prius with pkg 7 or 8. dark leather interior of pkg 8. I put a deposit down at Longo Toyota but they said it'd be like a 3 month wait. From what I'm seeing around here is it shouldn't be that long. Is it worth putting a deposit down at multiple places? Is anyone plannning to turn one down soon? =D Just want to know what the best route should be to get the car sooner. Thanks
Don't know where you are but I've found a few in Texas. Not many people who have spent a summer here are willing to buy a black one. The dealership in Del Rio texas (forgot the name), and Tejas Toyota in Houston have one. I just found a seaside pearl in Bryan that is due in a couple of weeks and put down a deposit.
im in los angeles. is htere any major difference to the package 7 or 8 besides leather? for those that have leather how is it?
great, love the feel! to me a better ride, than the fabric seats. my friend with a 2005 wishes she had the leather seats.
