2012 License Plate Bulb Problem.

    Hi guys I am trying to swap out my stock license plate bulbs on a 2012 Prius. After getting to the bulb socket holding thing, I have read that your supposed to turn it 1/4 counter clockwise and pull but mine is stuck and won't turn either way. Anyone have any issues with this? Any help would be great thanks.

    The license plate bulb sockets were sorta hard for me to twist to the unlocked position. It was just as difficult to twist them into the locked position.

    Lol I gave up, I can't turn the socket that holds the stock bulb.

    I carefully used a needlenose plier to remove and reinstall mine. It's a small opening, and my hands were too big to get enough leverage.
