OK folks, I just spent 4 hours waiting for an Electronic Express installer to admit failure on my 2004 Prius. What and where do I get: 2004 wiring loom what radios will work why should there be an impossilbe problem with install? I want to put in a Kenwood system with bluetooth (phone and media) and CD in my car. Of course, my 6 CD system has died, but I need to replace/upgrade. Please help!!

Yeah, it sounds you need to step to a better installer! But if you are going to redo a Gen II with JBL, you will have to gut it, but the NAV audio and phone Bluetooth also use the JBL system. F8L has a good track record on car installs, look him up, give him a read!
