Since my Prius was totaled by a drunk driver, my company switched fleet companies from Toyota to Ford and they only get Hybrids only. Honestly I wish it was Fusion. I still can't get used to the C-Max funky shape, worse than the Prius styling - but the interior on the Ford is s much better.

I have to say it is very nice and the seats are a 1000% improvement, the road and noise isolation is so quiet and solid. Just a few pics of my new ride.:D

like my Prius, I drive it like I stole so that's why my MPG is low:D

I don't like that dash or console at all. The shifter is so large and unwieldy.

And am I reading that display properly? 26.6mpg?! I can't get that poor of mileage if I tried, and I too drive it like I stole it.

The seats do look nicer though.

the seats are awesome i will say, the center display is still getting some use to - the quality of the screen is great and the dashboard display on those are cellphone quality.

there's 2 center console cupholders, plus on each door panel with lots of space. the power liftgate is a cool feature, but i don't see myself using that "kick" feature much, only the remote to open.

I agree on the exterior styling, i've seen a few out on the road lately and just can't get used to the way it looks, like a tall focus, just doesn't do it for me. That said exterior styling is last on my list of important features in a car, if all the other boxes are ticked off, i could care less what it looks like.
I do think the seats look comfy, dash looks a bit crowded/busy, that big clunky shifter takes up alot of space.
Hopefully the mpg will improve, but being a company car, maybe thats one thing you don't have to worry about? :)

As long as you don't have to pay the gas bills, go for it!

part of the perks with a take home car, cool thing is everything is paid for and all personal miles are included too.

I think it is a pretty good looking car though the cockpit looks a tad cramped. I agree with you about the Fusion - hubba hubba. I hope Ford sells a zillion of both and suspect people will get very good mileage once warm weather settles in for good. I love my C and am flat out astonished every time I take a short trip and get 66-70 MPG but there are so many cars and so little time that I find I have a wandering eye..... Look forward to your reports!

    Interesting....
    I'll be following this.
My company car is @ 2y/46K which means that I still have about 8 years left before my beloved company illuminates the "change owner" light. :(
I have to give Priuses a lot of cred for one thing.....even if you drive it like you stole it, you're still getting nearly 50-mpg!
    The interior?
    Well..... :(

I'm no fan of the "freshly caught fish" look of the C max, and the Prius-like pricing leaves me a little disinterested too....but I'm always looking for objective real-world data that I can use if some cell phone queen or GPS jock turns one of my cars into a usta-car. :)

    Good Luck!!!

here's a few more pics - i have over 300 miles on it so far, not bad. the shifter is big compared to the prius obviously, but it's really comfortable i have to admit.

this is a fun and useless little gadget also - it's moodlighting for the footwells, door pockets and handles inside. iirc it's 7 different colors.

and of course having a "lead" foot i love my Escort 9500 ix with Live, works great with my iPhone 5 via bluetooth.
