Audio Jack Sound Quality with Smartphone

    Found out the Prius III (w/ JBL audio and w/o Nav) cannot do audio through bluetooth, so i'm stuck doing it the old fashion way through the audio jack.

    So how's the sound quality? I'm playing audio through a Samsung SII smartphone.

    That sucks that you cannot stream BT. Sound quality via AUX should be better than BT.

    I've got the standard audio. BT audio quality was disappointing, but might be my phone. USB stick was amazing however. Haven't tried the headphone output yet. Unfortunately my Jelly Bean Android phone doesn't mount as a usb mass storage drive and the Prius doesn't recognize it.

    Is there a certain aux cable that is recommended?

    Asking b/c i'm using one I found from my old speakers and it worked for about a week now I get no sound.
