Lost ev on the energy bar?

    Hello everyone,

    while I was driving my 2011 prius,and I noticed that the "eco" logo right above the middle of the energy bar doesn't show even when I drive well within the eco range in the energy bar. Of course I made sure I was in normal mode or eco mode , but still the eco light in the energy bar in hybrid system indicator doesn't light up. What could it be?

    It was probably confiscated by Al Gore after his lawyers determined that he had exclusive rights to use the term Eco.

    The Eco button toggles between Eco (Eco icon) and "regular" (no Econ icon) mode. After starting the car, push the Eco button.

    I believe the OP is speaking of the ECO indicator above the HSI bar, not the one that illuminates when the ECO button is enabled.

    There is a setting for it in the display settings menu. At least in my 2013 there is.
