I put in a Scangauge II, but it only wants to work part of the time. (shuts off when the motor stops, decel, etc.) This is a programmable OBDII engine function monitor that I like a lot (for those that aren't familiar with it). It works, and doesn't work, the same way in my wife's '08. I'm going to contact Scangauge to see if there is a solution. I guess you only really need it when the motor's running anyway -- LOL.
You must set up your gauge to be in "Hybrid" mode. Then it will not cut off when your motor stops. Read your book. X
^ got it. search for "scangauge" didn't turn up the other thread on here (sorry) Sleep event > change from 0 rpm Gas type > change to hybrid
